Gustav Dalseg, 88, resident of Pelican Lake Nursing Home in Ashby MN, formerly of Underwood, died at Grant County Hospital in Elbow Lake. Services will be at Sverdrup Lutheran Church, Underwood and burial in the church cemetery.

He was born one of seven children of Nels and Maret (Negaard) Dalseg. He served in the military during World War I. On May 16, 1925 he and Mabel Hult were married in Aitkin.

Survivors are his wife; one son, Gary of Hoffman; two sisters, Clara Quinette of Moorhead and Bertha Lebakken of Fergus Falls; and one brother, Magnus of Fargo.
